These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Projuvenate Limited, a business located at Adullam Building, London Road, Adlington, SK10 4DU, operating in the United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our Services or Digital Content.

Why you should read them

Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your booking for a Consultation appointment. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think there is a mistake in these Terms, please contact us to discuss.

1. Definitions

1.1 "We," "Us," "Our," "Company", or “Clinic” refers to Projuvenate Limited.
1.2 "Client" or "You" refers to the person using our Services, or any person who is contemplating entering into a contract for the provision of Treatments from us.
1.3 "Services" refers to the Treatments offered by Projuvenate Limited, including medical aesthetics and wellness services.
1.4 "Allergies" mean sensitive reactions of the body to certain treatments or substances that do not affect most people.
1.5 "Consultation" refers to an initial meeting with a qualified Practitioner to review the Client's medical history and determine their eligibility for treatment. This process includes assessing suitability and confirming treatment eligibility. A consultation also involves discussing the potential risks and side effects associated with any relevant Treatment.
1.6 “Data Protection Acts” means relevant data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.7 “Treatment” means a non-surgical procedure to be administered by a Practitioner, and medicines, substances, or devices used as part of a treatment plan.
1.8 “Digital Content” means information provided on our website, social media channels, or through other communication channels such as WhatsApp or text messages.
1.9 “Medical History” means patient medical data, including sensitive data relating to a patient’s health profile and history.
1.10 “Practice Policies and Procedure(s)” refers to a folder in the head office outlining all Practice Policy and Procedures, provided to Clients where applicable.
1.11 “Practitioner” means a medical professional who has completed appropriate training relevant to the treatments and services offered in the Clinic, and who is registered to practice by the General Medical Council (GMC) or another relevant body.
1.12 “Complaints Procedure” refers to the procedure for handling complaints as outlined in the Practice Policy and Procedures.

2. Appointments

2.1 Appointments are required for all services. You can book online, by phone, or in person.
2.2 Text messages, email appointment reminders, and telephone calls are a courtesy and cannot be relied upon. It is the Client's responsibility to note their appointment and attend at the appropriate time.
2.3 Should the Client need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, we kindly ask that they notify us at least 48 hours before the appointment.
2.4 If a Client is late by more than 15 minutes, the Practitioner may not be able to see the Client. This is to ensure that all Clients’ time is respected and that the next Client is not kept waiting.
2.5 Although extremely rare, appointments may need to be rescheduled by Projuvenate at short notice due to Practitioner incapacity, unforeseen emergencies at the Clinic, or equipment defects. Projuvenate does not compensate Clients for any late cancellations or consequential losses.

3. Consultations

3.1 Before any treatment, you must undergo a consultation to ensure the suitability of the treatment.
3.2 You are responsible for providing accurate medical and personal information during the consultation.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

4. Consent

4.1 You must sign a consent form before any treatment begins. The consent form outlines the risks, benefits, and possible side effects.
4.2 You have the right to withdraw consent at any time before the treatment begins.
4.3 If you withdraw consent after treatment has commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred to that point.

5. Treatments

5.1 All treatments are administered by trained and qualified Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, after assessment, it is deemed unsuitable for you. This decision is made with your safety and wellbeing in mind.

5.3 A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required for each treatment booking. This fee secures your booking and protects the Clinic from no-shows and late cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the fee may be retained by the Clinic to cover the cost of lost time and resources.

5.4 Cosmetic interventions involving injectables or devices are not performed on individuals under the age of 18. 

5.5 If you attend the Clinic for an appointment, please do not bring children with you. Children cannot be left unsupervised in the reception area and are not allowed in treatment rooms. This policy is for their safety and to maintain a calm environment.

6. Package of Treatments

6.1 All treatments purchased as a package must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment, or evidence of an agreed and full finance package must be provided.
6.2 Treatment packages are refundable only if a new medical reason arises that serves as a contraindication for the treatment, supported by a letter from your GP.
6.3 If a refund is approved, the calculation will be based on the total price paid minus the full list price of each treatment performed.
6.4 Cancellations or rescheduling of package appointments must be given at least 72 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the treatment being deducted from the package without a refund.
6.5 All treatment packages must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
6.6 Treatment packages are non-transferable.

7. Wrinkle Relaxing Treatment Review Appointments

7.1 Review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy.
7.2 If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatments will be provided once the review period has passed.
7.3 Adjustments are not guaranteed and will be given only if clinically indicated and residual muscle movement is observed.

8. Contract with You and Our Obligations

8.1 A contract between you and us is established when you engage in our consultation process, and we confirm your eligibility for treatment.

8.2 If, after a consultation and clinical assessment, we determine that a Treatment is not suitable for you, we will inform you and explain the reasons.

8.3 If the delivery of a Treatment is affected by an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and will take appropriate steps to mitigate any delays. We will not be liable for any delays caused by such events.

9. Client Obligations

9.1 You are responsible for reading the Treatment information provided during the Consultation before consenting to Treatment. You can raise questions at any time before undergoing Treatment. You may change your mind at any time before Treatment starts.
9.2 Certain information is required for Treatment booking, including full name, date of birth, address, contact telephone numbers, and email address.
9.3 You must complete a Medical Questionnaire at your first appointment. The Medical History will require full details of Allergies or medical conditions, and you will be asked to update this information on each visit.
9.3.1 If you do not provide the required Medical History information or provide incomplete or inaccurate information, we reserve the right not to perform the Treatment.
9.4 All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
9.5 Treatments will not be provided to anyone under the age of 18 years. Photo identification may be requested, and if not provided, the consultation or treatment will be postponed until appropriate identification is obtained.

10. Payment and Pricing

10.1 All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
10.2 Payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
10.3 We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

11. Refunds and Returns

11.1 Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered after treatment has been provided.
11.2 If you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

12. Special Offers & Free Consultations

12.1 Projuvenate Limited reserves the right to extend, amend, or withdraw any special offer or promotion without notice.
12.2 All special offers are subject to availability.
12.3 All Clients will still require a Consultation to determine eligibility for any special offer on Treatments being run.

13. Confidentiality and Data Protection

13.1 We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our Clients' information.
13.2 We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation.
13.3 Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
13.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

14. Complaints Procedure

14.1 If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact us to discuss.
14.2 Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be addressed within 14 days.
14.3 We aim to resolve complaints swiftly and fairly in line with our Complaints Procedure.

15. Liability

15.1 We aim to provide safe and effective treatments; however, all medical and aesthetic treatments carry risks.
15.2 We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with treatment unless such loss, injury, or damage results from our negligence.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
